Pathak and Sabhaney gain in O&M re-organisation

Ogilvy India has appointed Hephzibah Pathak (pictured) as its new president for O&M Mumbai and Simmi Sabhaney as its president for O&M Bangalore.Before this, Pathak was executive brand director. In that role, she  led the national brand team on Orange-Hutch-Vodafone. She started her career with Ogilvy Chennai after a brief stint with Clarion.  She relocated to O&M Mumbai in 1999 to lead Pond’s and Cadbury’s and subsequently expanded her portfolio to other brands, Unilever among them.

Ogilvy India has appointed Hephzibah Pathak (pictured) as its new president for O&M Mumbai and Simmi Sabhaney as its president for O&M Bangalore.

Before this, Pathak was executive brand director. In that role, she  led the national brand team on Orange-Hutch-Vodafone. She started her career with Ogilvy Chennai after a brief stint with Clarion.  She relocated to O&M Mumbai in 1999 to lead Pond’s and Cadbury’s and subsequently expanded her portfolio to other brands, Unilever among them.

Sabhaney  has  been  with  Ogilvy for almost 18 years and during this time has worked on Unilever’s  F&B  brands,  Titan,  Madhura  Garments, ITC Foods, Cadbury’s, Worldspace,  Canara  Bank,  Skol Breweries, Yahoo, Prestige and Rohan Builders. While at Ogilvy, she has also spent four years in Ogilvy Mumbai working on Unilever’s,Cadbury’s and a US Aid funded program, Goli ke Hamjoli.

Piyush  Pandey, executive chairman, NCD, O&M India and vice chairman O&M Asia Pacific,  said,  “Hephzibah is one  of  the  biggest champions of the Ogilvy brand and has led our team on many  clients  including  Unilever & Cadbury's.  Her stellar performance on Vodafone is a case history in itself. “

He added, “Simmi has done  a superb  job in building  the  Ogilvy  brand  in  Bangalore and has been a great support to Prateek Srivastava, president, Ogilvy South India."
