Bates 141 has appointed Kaizad Pardiwalla as executive vice president. At Bates 141, Pardiwalla will be heading the Mumbai operations which handles accounts such as Virgin Mobile, TVS, Fiat, Tata AIG, Pfizer, Hindustan Lever, ICICI Bank Credit Cards etc.
