Novatr launches ‘The Civil Engineer’s Pursuit’ campaign celebrating resilience

Novatr, a professional education company for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector, has launched its latest campaign titled ‘The Civil Engineer’s Pursuit’. The cinematic initiative celebrates the resilience, ambition, and determination of civil engineering professionals in India, focusing on their challenges and their pursuit of progress through continuous learning.

The film tells the story of a young civil engineer who works long hours on site, overcomes daily obstacles, and continues to upgrade his skills through Novatr’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) programme. His transformation from site engineer to BIM engineer becomes symbolic of both professional advancement and personal growth. The campaign’s central message, ‘Either wait for change or build it’, reflects Novatr’s belief that progress is achieved through proactive learning and adoption of future-ready technologies.

Addressing the widespread issue of professional stagnation in the industry, Novatr positions upskilling through technology as a tangible solution. The campaign combines cinematic storytelling with real-world insights to resonate with engineers striving to shape both infrastructure and their careers.

Co-founder Harkunwar Singh said that civil engineers are the unsung heroes of the built environment. He added that the campaign aims to highlight their resilience and demonstrate how access to the right technology and knowledge can transform their career trajectories.

Novatr’s programmes are designed to bridge the gap between traditional education and industry-ready expertise. Its learning framework includes an industry-relevant curriculum curated by global AEC experts, project-based training that moves beyond theory, mentorship from over 300 professionals, and instruction in emerging technologies such as BIM, computational design, and artificial intelligence for construction.
