Mudra Delhi appoints Azazul Haque

Mudra Delhi has appointed Azazul Haque (pictured) as creative director. Previously he was with Lowe as assistant creative director.Anil Verma, executive creative director, Mudra Delhi said, “I really admire his impatience and hunger for opportunities. And that really matters for each one of us in Mudra. Plus his understanding of the common man is really strong and I’m sure it will benefit the brands on board. Not to mention that he is a genuine team player. It’s evident in just one week that he has spent here.”

Haque added, “The blend was just perfect in terms of the people that I wanted to work with and the brands that I wanted to work on.  Bobby Powar, Anil Verma…then I and Subbu wanted to work as a team for a long time.”

Haque has over nine years of experience in advertising, having begun his career with Lowe Lintas & Partners as a trainee copywriter. He was there for two years. He followed this with stints at agencies like Percept H, Bates and Publicis before moving to Mudra.
