Havas India has promoted Anupama Ramaswamy to managing director and chief creative officer. She joined the network in 2022 as chief creative officer at Havas Worldwide India. Ramaswamy began her career at FCB Ulka and went on to work at Rediffusion Y&R, Euro RSCG, Lowe Lintas and JWT in senior creative roles. At Cheil Communications she was executive creative director, and later served as managing partner and national creative director at Dentsu Creative, where she managed client accounts including Maruti Suzuki, Ikea, Vivo, Paytm and Subway, along with overseeing creative, digital and social media strategy.
