Ministry of Road Transport & Highways calls for 360-degree creative pitch

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways is on the look-out for a creative partner for the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation (NHIDCL) to rebrand its overall identity and provide creative vision, according to an invitation document seen by Campaign.

NHIDCL, headquartered in New Delhi, has invited qualified agencies to pitch for its account that offers official representation to execute content, communications and creatives across traditional and digital media platforms.

The last date for bid submission is May 1, 2024.

The chosen agencies will provide assistance on its brand identity, designing and production. They will also be engaged in creating social media properties for NHIDCL, presiding over various campaigns and managing social media for company’s active presence. The agencies on board will also be responsible for PR management, formulating and implementing communications strategy for press briefs and print, TV and digital media interactions.

The appointment of agencies will be for a period of minimum three years and the commercials will be decided on project-to-project basis.

The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation is a fully owned company of the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways for the Government of India. The company promotes, surveys, establishes, designs, builds, operates, maintains and upgrades national highways and strategic roads.
