MediaCom wins Maiyas' media mandate

Maiyas Beverages and Foods has handed its media duties to MediaCom following a multi-agency pitch.

On the appointment, Dr P Sadananda Maiya, director, Maiyas Beverages and Foods, said, “The passion and rigour shown by MediaCom was really impressive. We are very happy that our brand is in good hands with MediaCom.”

Debraj Tripathy, MD, MediaCom India, added, “It is a privilege to work with the most promising food company in the country… the pioneers of the ready-to-eat food industry in India. The team is excited and is looking forward to help grow the brand”.

Maiyas began operations in 2010. The company has chalked out a product portfolio encompassing instant mixes, spices and masalas, savoury snacks, ready-to-eat (RTE) and frozen foods. Production of RTE foods is expected to launch shortly, according to the company.
