Media2win wins UTV Motion Pictures' digital duties

Commenting on the account win, Namrata Balwani, chief operating officer, Media2win said, “The investment into movie marketing on the digital media has grown tremendously in India. The rise of social media and sharing oriented behaviour provides a great opportunity to think creatively. We look forward to doing some great work with a team that has produced out some of the finest movies in the last few years.”

Shikha Kapur, senior, marketing, UTV Motion Pictures said, “Going forward, we see the digital space as one of the most important mediums to market our movies. The interactivity that the digital medium offers is a superb opportunity for us to engage our audience right from the very beginning of a film campaign. Media2win impressed us with their analytical approach to our business. What clinched the deal for Media2win was that this analysis didn’t compromise the creativity that our product requires, especially in the dynamic nature of the digital domain. Together, we are looking forward to weaving the UTV Motion Pictures magic across digital platforms.”

UTV Motion Pictures is a movie production house in the country. In 2011, their releases included Delhi Belly, No One Killed Jessica and 7 Khoon Maaf amongst others.
