LS Digital has launched an AI marketing stack, aiming to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into the marketing services it offers. With this launch, AI will be a standard feature across its offerings, allowing brands to leverage AI-driven tools and strategies to stay competitive.

The AI marketing stack features core capabilities including Research AI, generative AI, and predictive AI. Designed to provide insights, create campaigns, and forecast trends, these tools aim to help brands improve the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. The Research AI component that generates insights into market dynamics and customer behaviour, will be available to existing clients at no cost for a limited period.

According to Prasad Shejale, founder and CEO, LS Digital, AI is a critical foundation for future marketing success, and the company aims to remove barriers to AI adoption for brands with this launch. The solution aims to enhance customer engagement, optimise marketing investments, and predict trends for brands. LS Digital will provide training and support to help clients to get maximum value of AI tools.

By making AI a default component of its services, LS Digital hopes to ensure widespread adoption of its AI-powered offerings across marketing functions.

Venugopal Ganganna, co-founder and chief innovation officer of LS Digital described the strategic potential of integrating AI into marketing and explained that the AI marketing stack would address challenges faced by chief marketing officers (CMOs), such as analysing complex consumer data and creating personalised campaigns. Ganganna also mentioned that LS Digital’s partnership with Quilt has contributed to refining its AI capabilities.

The current launch of AI marketing stack comes on the back of a series of strategic moves taken by LS Digital in the past two years. The company introduced Research as a Service (RaaS) in 2024 providing brands with access to its market intelligence services for improved decision-making. In the same year, it launched 'Craft' a service offering to help brands enhance their consumer engagement on digital platforms.

The past two years also saw LS Digital expanding its business footprint in the global markets including the United States, UK, Middle East, and Australia. In the year 2023, the company acquired Social Panga, an integrated creative and advertising agency with offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi and a workforce of about 350 people. The acquisition brought capabilities such as creative and social media marketing, in addition to a diverse client base to LS Digital.

As advanced technology becomes an integral part of advertising and marketing, LS Digital's introduction of the AI marketing stack represents a logical progression as part of its business strategy. The move aligns with its objective of providing integrated, AI-powered services to its clients worldwide.
