Law & Kenneth has launched a specialist design arm called Design Law & Kenneth. The new unit has been mandated by Danone.

Confirming the news to Campaign India, Anil S Nair, CEO and managing partner, Law & Kenneth (pictured) said, “Design Law & Kenneth will offer a gamut of design services to clients. It will be part of the integrated service that we offer to clients with the ability to offer specialist design services. In that sense the thought engine will be central, with design services being specialist in nature. Most of the time, design tends to be looked at, in isolation, without taking into account the entire brand framework. We like to be known as a brand communciations group, where we look at the problem not in isolation but in the context of the brand framework. Design Law & Kenneth is not a separate company, but a specialised unit within the group.”

Design Law & Kenneth will be headed by Chandan K Mahimkar, creative director and art head, Law & Kenneth.
