India dominates Effies APAC 2024 finalists

No less than 47 of the 121 APAC finalists hail from India, more than Australia and New Zealand, it's next two competitors, combined.

India dominates Effies APAC 2024 finalists

Effie Asia Pacific has announced its finalists for the 2024 APAC Effie Awards, which show India in a strong lead heading into the Awards Gala on 13 September 2024.

After two rounds of judging, 121 finalists have been selected from 11 different markets. India sits comfortably in first place at 47 finalists, followed by a second-place tie between Australia and New Zealand at 19 finalists each, and Singapore with 13 finalists.

Among Indian agencies, Ogilvy Mumbai leads the pack with 12 nods, followed by The Womb that bagged nine and McCann New Delhi with eight, then Leo Burnett Mumbai with 5. 

The awards recognise excellence in marketing effectiveness.
