HUL’s Hemant Bakshi elected chairman of ISA

Takes over from Kurush N Grant of ITC

 HUL’s Hemant Bakshi elected chairman of ISA

Hemant Bakshi, executive director, home and personal care, Hindustan Unilever Limited, has been elected chairman of the Indian Society of Advertisers (ISA). He takes over from Kurush N Grant.

On his appointment, Bakshi said, “We are going through a challenging period and it is crucial that ISA along with other associate members, works towards sustainable growth of the industry.”

The ISA is a 60 year-old national body comprising advertisers. It has members from across industries who contribute to over two-thirds of the country’s national non-governmental ad spends, informed an official statement.
