How to make the most of Twitter

The last time we looked up adlanders who are on Twitter, we found several whose Twitter pages read something like this. 'Yaay...I'm finally on Twitter', followed by 'Trying to figure out Twitter', followed by 'How different is this from FB status updates' to 'Still trying to figure out Twitter' and the very conclusive, 'WTF is this Twitter!'
