Django strengthens leadership with key internal promotions

Django, a full-service creative and marketing agency, has announced the promotion of several long-standing team members, reinforcing its commitment to building leadership from within. Over the past six years, Django has collaborated with more than 250 creative professionals and served over 150 clients. The agency currently has 85 professionals managing 60 active clients, including ITC, Adani, Parag Foods, TTK Healthcare and Swiggy Dineout. Its expertise spans creative, media, technology, content, influencer marketing and production.

As Django moves into its next phase of growth, the founders believe in empowering internal talent. Natasha Bhatia, who began her career in PR and earlier built Django’s influencer and PR division, returns after a stint at OML managing Bacardi’s international markets to lead business development. Bhatia said, “If you think business development is just about winning accounts, you’re missing the bigger picture. It’s about building partnerships that push both the brand and the agency to grow.”

Shivam Shah, part of the founding family, has returned to India after six years in Canada to help reconstruct Django’s influencer division. He commented, “Creators today are more than marketing tools—they’re cultural catalysts.”

Oshin Kamble, who rejoined Django after a brief break, continues to lead performance marketing remotely, focusing on data, research and optimisation. Rohit Pillai and Chinmay Talasilkar will now co-lead the design function, combining their creative expertise.

Creative head Siddhesh Parelkar, who manages a 10-member team, emphasises nurturing emerging talent, while business leader Komal Mathur oversees more than 60% of Django’s retainer business. Aditya Pandya, with a background in Bollywood, and Rajmeet Singh Arora, who explores the link between AI and storytelling, represent Django’s next generation of leadership.

Django continues to position itself as a data-driven, strategically led agency focused on building meaningful, measurable brand connections.
