Dentsu India has launched its new CRM and loyalty practice unit, ClozR, in a joint partnership with Serco BPO.  The unit will focus on one-to-one brand communications both in the digital and offline space.

Denstu had recently appointed Satish Sathyanarayana as COO for the division. The unit will provide services in India and Middle East markets and will operate with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Dubai.

Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Goyal, chairman, Dentsu India said, “We value the expertise and range of services that Serco brings to the new JV. Pure play ad agencies have traditionally not succeeded in creating enough impact with 360 degree services, because their offering is most times merely cerebral and fails in execution. With ClozR, our endeavour is to provide clients a deep and comprehensive offering in loyalty management. Dentsu’s brand knowledge coupled with Serco’s sector expertise will give ClozR an unbeatable edge in the marketplace.”

Sathyanarayana added, “The evolution of ClozR was but natural, with clients today clearly looking for deliveries in terms of action which goes beyond the paradigm of content, context and contact and more toward connect. ClozR is poised to create and progress these customised connects that lead to meaningful dialogues and impactful relationships.”
