D&AD 2015: McCann Erickson bags six Pencils, including a Yellow
McCann Erickson bagged India’s only Yellow Pencil at the D&AD Awards, for its entry ‘Fruits’ for Perfetti Van Melle in the ‘Art Direction for Poster Advertising’ category. The entry also bagged four Wood Pencils (equivalent to Silver) and a Graphite Pencil (equivalent to Bronze).
 
J. Walter Thompson also bagged six Pencils, for Nike’s ‘Make Every Yard Count’. Three of these were Graphite, while the other three were Wood.
 
Ogilvy & Mather bagged a total of three Wood Pencils. Two were for ‘Sufi Rocks’ and the other was for Mondelez India Foods.
 
BBDO India (Gurgaon) bagged a Wood Pencil for its 'DREAM2ADVANCE' entry in the 'Graphic Design' category; while Mudra Communications also bagged a Wood Pencil for its 'Bi-Xenon Headlamps' in the same category.
 
Handloom Picture Company's 'Mute. Unmute. PauseIndia' bagged a Wood Pencil in the 'Film Advertising Crafts' category.
 
Grey Group Mumbai bagged a Wood Pencil for its 'Positive and Negative Stories' for Procter & Gamble's Duracell in the 'Writing for Advertising' category.
