Contract to handle SpiceJet's creative duties

SpiceJet has named Contract Advertising as its Agency on Record after a multi-agency pitch that included the likes of O&M, Bates 141, M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Lowe. The incumbent agency is Gopika Chowfla Designs.

SpiceJet has named Contract Advertising as its Agency on Record after a multi-agency pitch that included the likes of O&M, Bates 141, M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett and Lowe. The incumbent agency is Gopika Chowfla Designs.
 
Contract comes on board next month and will work on a national mandate for refining the communication across all media including outdoor and online. Sanjay Aggarwal, chief executive officer, SpiceJet Limited, said, "We were looking for an agency that will be able to provide the right blend of strategic insight, cutting edge creative and innovative thinking and a passion to excel. We believe that Contract will be able to partner us best in this endeavor to position ourselves as the best low cost carrier in the Indian skies."
 
Confirming the development Umesh Shrikhande, chief executive officer, Contract Advertising said, "It is a wonderful opportunity for Contract to partner the process of building brand SpiceJet. We are looking forward to this high flying journey."
