Concept Group acquires majority stake in Lastmile Solutions

The investment comes through a combination of fresh issue of equity and infusion of debt

Concept Communication has made an investment in Lastmile Solutions India by acquiring a majority stake through a combination of fresh issue of equity and infusion of debt.
 
Lastmile Solutions was founded in 2013 by Atul Maheshwari and Pankaj Goswami and in the business of retail visual identity solutions, branding, design and merchandising display, activation and promotion, events and OOH. 
 
Atul Maheshwari, founder and CEO, Lastmile Solutions, said, “We are thrilled to be part of the Concept Communications group, which will enable us to exponentially scale our business. Being part of the retail and BTL divisions of several leading agencies in my professional career, I went about establishing LMS to meet the needs of brands to provide a single window service for events, consumer and trade activation, signage, branding, retail store roll outs and retail launches."
