Following the facelift of the Mumbai airport, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport has rebuilt the digital property as well. Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. has partnered with Digital Law and Kenneth to revamp and rebuild the existing website. The focus has been on “making the CSIA one of the best airport websites in the world”, according to a press release.

Along with providing information regarding the airport amenities, airlines and Mumbai, the website showcases the revamp and transformation of CSIA. Visitors can learn about the new additions to CSIA like shopping, food courts and terminals online, and there are also features like live flight information and a mobile application.

GV Sanjay Reddy, managing director, Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd (MIAL), commented, “In this age of instant connectivity, an airport website is the first point of reference for any passenger or visitor. For the first time ever in India, visitors on the go can access and download live flight schedules from the CSIA website. The launch of this service only underscores MIAL’s continued commitment to enhancing the CSIA experience for its passengers, and simplifying the process of travel in their busy lives.”

Anil Nair, managing partner, Digital Law and Kenneth, said, “The focus while revamping the website has been on creating a world class user experience. It will serve as a starting point for every tourist and commuter. Watch this space as we have planned a full digital engagement strategy around the Mumbai airport which will basically revolve around up to date information, utilities and retail. A digital experience that mirrors the energy and vitality of brand Mumbai.”
