Burson-Marsteller names former White House communications director as worldwide CEO

PR firm Burson-Marsteller has appointed Donald A Baer as worldwide CEO, succeeding Mark Penn, who has held the role since 2005 and is leaving to join Microsoft as corporate vice-president, strategic and special projects.
