BPL Adland Predictions: Madison BMB's Raj Nair emerges victorious

Inches ahead of OneSeptember's Aarish Matcheswalla and DDB Mudra West's Rahul Mathew in predicting Barclays Premier League results after 38 weeks

BPL Adland Predictions: Madison BMB's Raj Nair emerges victorious
Campaign India's panel of football aficionados went head-to-head to predict results for each Barclays Premier League game held this year.

The panel comprised Aarish Matcheswalla, creative partner, OneSeptember; Gerard Jayaranjan, creative head, FCB Ulka Digital; Juju Basu, creative consultant and former VP and ECD, Contract Advertising; Raj Nair, chief creative officer, Madison BMB; Rahul Mathew, creative head - West, DDB Mudra; and Campaign India's in-house football follower, Raahil Chopra.

After 38 weeks, Raj Nair emerged victorious with a total of 1410 points. It was close though, with Aarish Matcheswalla getting a total of 1405 and Rahul Mathew netting 1400 points.

The scores were based on the following points calibration:

- Five points for each correct result.
- Ten points for the correct result with the right goal difference (if a match result is 2-0, and the score predicted is 3-1, the panelist will get 10 points). A draw will only be awarded five points.
- Twenty points for the exact scoreline.

Here's the final tally.

Thank you to all the participants!
