InMobi, a global technology company focused on agentic commerce and advertising, has announced a hiring drive in Lucknow as part of its continued expansion of technology talent in the region. The drive is scheduled for May 18 and May 19 and will be held at the company’s office in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
The initiative has been timed with the city’s Bada Mangal festivities and is aimed at bringing senior-level career opportunities directly to local technology professionals. InMobi stated that the move is intended to reduce the need for talent migration to metro cities by offering high-quality roles and infrastructure within Lucknow itself.
The company is hiring for senior engineering and technical positions, including SDE III, SDE IV, Staff Engineers and SecOps Leads, with experience requirements ranging from five to twelve years. The hiring process will focus on assessing coding proficiency, problem-solving ability and system design expertise, reflecting the technical depth required for the roles.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for in-person interactions with the hiring teams, as part of the structured recruitment process. InMobi said the initiative is designed to strengthen its engineering capabilities while further developing Lucknow as a key centre for deep-tech innovation.
The company’s broader ecosystem includes InMobi Advertising and its consumer platform Glance, which together use data science, machine learning and generative AI to support digital advertising and product discovery. This technological foundation also underpins the development of the Lucknow Technology Center, which is emerging as a hub for work in generative AI, machine learning operations (MLOps) and large-scale AI infrastructure.
By anchoring the hiring drive around the Bada Mangal period, InMobi is aligning the initiative with a local cultural context associated with service and new beginnings. The company stated that this reflects its long-term commitment to building a sustainable technology ecosystem in Lucknow.
The Lucknow Technology Center is positioned as a growing part of InMobi’s global operations, contributing to the company’s work in agentic commerce and AI-driven advertising solutions. The centre is expected to play a key role in developing advanced engineering capabilities and supporting global product innovation.
InMobi Group operates as a global technology conglomerate focused on transforming digital advertising and commerce experiences. Through its businesses, including InMobi Advertising and Glance, the group leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve how brands connect with audiences and how consumers discover products.
The hiring initiative reinforces InMobi’s strategy of decentralising technology talent hubs in India while building strong regional engineering ecosystems capable of supporting global-scale product development.
