Lower Parel’s Mathuradas Mills is going to be the venue for the Mathuradas Mill Culture Crawl from December 4 to 6, 2009. Billed as a three day visual arts festival themed on "Life around the Neighbourhood,” the event has been conceptualised by Elsie Nanji and her team at Red Lion.
