Aura World has appointed Jayanta Ghosh as its head of marketing as the Gurugram-based real estate developer prepares to expand its premium and luxury residential portfolio. Ghosh brings more than 20 years of experience across leading real estate and communications organisations, including AIPL, M3M, Bestech, Tribeca, Emaar India, Bates CHI & Partners and Enseigne.
Ghosh holds an MBA in advertising and marketing and has worked extensively across end-to-end marketing strategy. His expertise includes brand positioning, ATL and BTL planning, digital ecosystems, product-led storytelling and sales alignment. Over his career, he has launched more than forty gated residential communities across competitive micro-markets in the NCR region. His work has supported Gurugram’s emergence as a centre for modern residential developments.
At Aura World, Ghosh will oversee integrated marketing, including brand strategy, consumer engagement and digital initiatives. He will lead narrative development and campaign planning for upcoming projects, shaping the launch communication frameworks that support the company’s growth plans. His remit includes ensuring cohesion between product design, marketing communication and customer experience as the developer scales its presence in the luxury housing segment.
Shyamrup Roy Choudhury, founder and managing director, Aura World, said the company is building a new expression of luxury living for India. He noted that Ghosh’s experience across some of the country’s most established real estate brands adds depth to the organisation. Choudhury said Ghosh’s understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics and brand building aligns with Aura World’s ambition to deliver design-led and quality-focused developments.
Ghosh said he is pleased to join the organisation at a time when the meaning of home is evolving to include wellbeing and purposeful living. He said his experience has shown that effective marketing requires clarity, authentic product storytelling and consumer insight. Ghosh added that he aims to translate Aura World’s design approach into communication that resonates with urban families, while building launch systems that ensure consistency between brand promise and delivered experience.
The appointment reinforces Aura World’s intention to build a stronger leadership foundation as it prepares for its next phase of development. The company continues to focus on creating communities that emphasise design integrity, lifestyle outcomes and long-term value. Ghosh’s addition to the leadership team is positioned as a step towards strengthening its strategic marketing capability during a period of expansion in Gurugram’s residential market.
