ASCI's Consumer Complaints Council held that complaints against five advertisements were not substantiated

ASCI upholds complaints against nine advertisements in May 2012

During May 2012, the Consumer Complaints Council (CCC) of ASCI received complaints on 14 advertisements, of which it upheld those against nine. It found that complaints against five television advertisements were not substantiated.

Complaints upheld were those against Brooke Bond Red Label Natural Care Tea, IMS, Tata Sky, Lokmat, Glenmorangie, Alchemist, Shree Maruti Herbal, Jake’s Beauty-Spa-Salon & Academy and Nikon.
