AMES 2014: Fifty shortlists from India
The shortlists for the Asian Marketing Effectiveness and Strategy Awards (AMES) have been announced.
 
Fifty entries from India have made the cut. 
 
Ogilvy and Mather leads the Indian tally with 28 shortlisted entries. Eighteen of these shortlists came in the 'Effectiveness' category, four in digital and six in 'Media Strategy'. Majority of Ogilvy's shortlists came for Lifebuoy Roti Reminder, Vodafone Earmuffs and Google.
 
Lowe Lintas and Partners with six shortlists is second among the list of Indian agencies. All six shortlists from the agency came in the 'Effectiveness' category.
 
Three shortlists from BBDO also made the cut, all in the effectiveness category. Maxus had three shortlists as well, all in the 'Date and Analytics' category. PHD also had three entries that made the cut, two in Effectiveness and one in Digital. 
 
JWT followed in the list of Indian agencies with two shortlists in the Effectiveness category. Black Pencil (Effectiveness), Grey (Effectiveness), Blue Hive (Effectiveness), Publicis (Data and Analytics) and Mediacom (Media Strategy) received a shortlist each.
 
The 2014 Awards Ceremony will take place at the St Regis Singapore, 29 May 2014.
