AI-led content transformation drives Cogncy Worldwide’s launch

Cogncy Worldwide has been launched by Sujay Pal and Geetika Gulati as an AI-led content transformation company positioned at the intersection of content, human experience and technology. The company aims to redesign how content is created, refined and delivered, enabling organisations to communicate with greater precision and adapt to shifting digital requirements.

Pal, co-founder and chief executive officer, draws on more than two decades of experience in marketing, business strategy and digital transformation. He previously led key growth initiatives at CitiusTech, a global healthcare technology company. His role at Cogncy focuses on building scalable systems, supporting innovation and ensuring that content solutions deliver business value.

Gulati, co-founder and chief growth officer, brings two decades of experience in communications strategy, storytelling and public relations. Her background includes leading brand narratives for Indian and global companies across lifestyle, education, B2B and consumer sectors. At Cogncy, she oversees business growth and strategic initiatives, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes and content models that adapt to market demands.

The founders aim to build a global operation that positions content, experience and technology as central to organisational growth. Their approach is designed to address common challenges faced by businesses attempting to manage content at scale. Pal noted that organisations often struggle with fragmented and reactive content systems and stated that Cogncy intends to resolve this by rebuilding processes from the foundation. Gulati added that content continues to shape how organisations engage with audiences and highlighted the company’s focus on making content processes smarter, faster and more effective through AI.
