VIDEO: Portfolio Night: Is fresh creative talent 'industry-ready'? Should they be?

WATCH what Piyush Pandey, Josy Paul, Raj Nair, Deepa Geethakrishnan, Satbir Singh, Ashish Khazanchi and Abhijit Avasthi have to say

Campaign India caught up with Piyush Pandey, Josy Paul, Raj Nair, Deepa Geethakrishnan, Satbir Singh, Ashish Khazanchi and Abhijit Avasthi at Portfolio Night, Mumbai on 22 May.

We asked the creative heads: ‘Is fresh creative talent industry-ready'? Should they be? What does the industry want?’

See what they has to say in the video above. It is evident that ad land looks for more than the portfolio in the new crop of talent. And being ‘industry-ready’ neither seems to be the norm nor is it seen as a need as far as the creatives are concerned.
