Flipkart Shopsy's small prices give Sara Ali Khan a big heart

Watch the films conceptualised by Tilt Brand Solutions here

Flipkart’s Shopsy has rolled out a campaign titled 'it happens only on Shopsy’ featuring actor Sara Ali Khan. The aim of the campaign is to position Shopsy as an affordable shopping destination for all seasons and occasions.

Conceptualised by Tilt Brand Solutions, the films showcase how customers who are so accustomed to high prices in the current economic market, are taken by surprise when they receive high-value products at low prices.

The first film, 'home', showcases Khan’s encounter with a delivery boy who refuses to accept extra money for an item worth 5 rupees. She is awestruck by the price, and her excitement soon turns into a dilemma as she cannot fathom that the item is priced at such a low cost. The film closes with the delivery person slipping in the offered money under Khan's door slot.

The second film, 'bank', sees actor Ayesha Raza Mishra standing in a bank queue when Sara Ali Khan approaches her and requests her to hold her bag for a moment so that she can fill a document. Khan offers to lend her bag to Mishra after she compliments the bag and tells her about the offers and wide range of choices available on Shopsy.

Prakash Sikaria, senior vice president - growth and monetisation, Flipkart, said, “Our priority with Shopsy since its inception, has been to pay close attention to our customers’ nuanced needs and provide them with best offerings. We aim to do this by leveraging Flipkart’s established delivery networks, infrastructure and technology. Today’s shoppers prefer an expansive range of offerings that is both easily accessible and value-driven. This campaign is yet another step towards establishing Shopsy is a one-stop destination that caters to customers’ various needs while committing to deliver value.”

The film will be rolled out on TV, digital, and YouTube.
