The Indian Express has launched a new campaign titled 'Blackboards' for schools. Created and executed by below-the-line marketing agency 141Sercon, 'Blackboards' aims to reach out to parents and make them realize the impact of their negative habits on their children.The campaign will be undertaken during parent-teacher meetings at over 70 schools in New Delhi that fall under The Indian Express’ student connect initiative titled 'Quest'.
Below-the-line solutions provider 141 Sercon has appointed Abhijit Lahiri (pictured) as assistant vice president. Lahiri’s new responsibilities include heading the business portfolio of north and east India. He will also provide strategic leadership and nurture the in-house talent, besides business development for 141 Sercon. He will be based out of New Delhi and will report to managing director Vijay Singh.
The Bhaskar Group has appointed Vijay Singh as associate vice president, sales operations. With this assignment, Singh (pictured) will be responsible for developing government sales business, creating robust sales operations systems and processes and developing key accounts.
141 Sercon has bagged the activation duties of VLCC in a multi-agency pitch held in Delhi. The WPP agency will be primarily responsible for building brand value for VLCC , aiming at interactive customer loyalty. This is the first time VLCC has undertaken an extensive and in-depth project to understand its customer needs and demands.
