WATConsult to handle ORM and digital listening for Licious
 
WATConsult has won the ORM (Online Reputation Management) and digital listening duties for Licious. As per the mandate, the agency will monitor, listen and respond to the brand’s queries, as well as report to users online. Apart from the regular social media channels, it will also manage the brand’s app reviews, Google My Business reviews, blogs, news and public websites and handle its crisis management. The account was won post a multi-agency pitch and will be serviced by WATConsult’s Mumbai office.
