ZenithOptimedia Rolls Out Newcast In India

ZenithOptimedia has rolled out its specialist division, Newcast, in India. Newcast will develop and execute non-traditional media solutions; and create new ways to reach consumers with brand’s message. This division will provide services such as branded content, sponsorship, events, experiential marketing to clients, with ROI as a key driver.

ZenithOptimedia has rolled out its specialist division, Newcast, in India. Newcast will develop and execute non-traditional media solutions; and create new ways to reach consumers with brand’s message. This division will provide services such as branded content, sponsorship, events, experiential marketing to clients, with ROI as a key driver.

According to Ambika Srivastava, CEO, ZenithOptimedia India, “We are aiming to look into a fresh perspective in providing ROI to our clients in this new emerging media space. We will focus on projects which are measurable with the same passion as we do for regular media across our client portfolio.”

Based out of Gurgaon, this new division in India will be headed by ZenithOptimedia’s senior vice president, Navin Khemka. In his current role Khemka is head of the business unit that comprises of HP –PSG, Future Brands, Times Business, Bharat Hotels, HTC, Yakult, Pioneer and Delta among others. Khemka will continue in this current role and the Newcast responsibility will be an added one.

Mark Waugh, Head of Newcast UK, who is co-ordinating the roll-out of Newcast Worldwide for ZenithOptimedia commented, “India is genuinely at the cutting edge of much new media innovation right now, which is why we have chosen it as the first market to launch Newcast into, outside of Europe, ahead of even China and the US.”
