DCMN to handle FanFight's media mandate
 
DCMN India has bagged the media duties forFanFight, a fantasy sports start-up. The account will be serviced from the Gurugram office of DCMN and will be led by Bindu Balakrishnan, country head, DCMN India. FanFight is all set to launch a campaign to indulge fans in fantasy sports ahead of IPL Season 12 and the cricket World Cup.
 
BCCI announces Dream11 as official fantasy partner
 
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced Dream11 as an Official Partner for the Indian Premier League. The four-year partnership begins this season. The ‘Official Fantasy Game’ of IPL will be powered by Dream11.
 
FanMojo appoints Prithvi Shaw
 
Fanmojo, a part of U2opia Global, has announced its association with Prithvi Shaw.  The fantasy sports platform has rolled out a digital film featuring the batsman to further this association. 
 
PhonePe gets Aamir Khan as brand ambassador
 
PhonePe, a payments platform has appointed Bollywood actor Aamir Khan as the face of its brand. PhonePe is also an official co-presenting sponsor for the television broadcast of the IPL 2019, and will be launching a series of new TV ads featuring Khan during this season. 
 
SPN to broadcast Olympic Games 2020
 
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has announced that Sony Pictures Networks India (SPN) has bagged the broadcast rights in India and the Indian Subcontinent for the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, as well as the Winter Youth Olympic Games Lausanne 2020.  
 
In addition to the coverage on Sony’s digital platform, SonyLIV, the Olympic Channel and other IOC digital platforms will feature highlights and replays of events to supplement SPN’s coverage of the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 across India and the Subcontinent. 
 
Vingajoy gets Ayushman Khurrana
 
Recently launched lifestyle consumer electronics brand, Vingajoy has appointed Ayushman Khurrana as its first brand ambassador. The brand offers products such as earphones, headphones, speakers, travel chargers and rugged cables, all targeted towards the youth.
