Times Network appoints Rohit Chadda and Vinay Sarawagi

Times Network has announced the appointment of Rohit Chadda as president and chief operating officer-digital business, and Vinay Sarawagi as senior vice president – digital content.
 
Chadda will lead the digital operations of the network and oversee product strategy, audience development and operations planning for the digital businesses. He will also work closely with the Network’s leadership team to power the company’s overall digital transformation efforts and scale the business.
 
Sarawagi will play a role in leading content strategy for the digital arm of the network, Timesnownews.com and will also aim to boost the growth of the network’s digital assets.
 
Chadda and Sarawagi both move from Network18 Media & Investments. Chadda was the group chief strategy officer, whereas Sarawagi was the executive editor at the media company.

With over 17 years of experience, Chadda has also worked at Merrill Lynch and Zee Entertainment Enterprises, among others. As for Sarawagi, he has over 15 years of experience with companies such as Business Standard and The Times of India, among others.
