TBWA promotes in-house creative talent

Shiv Sethuraman, CEO,  TBWA/India has restructured the agency's creative leadership with the elevation of Anirban Sen to executive creative director and Mayur Hola (pictured) to associate vice president - creative.
Sen, in his new role, will be responsible for the creative product of both the Northern and Southern operations of TBWA India whereas Hola will fill in  Sen's shoes - taking charge of creative at the Delhi office.
Sen joined TBWA in 2007 as VP-creative from McCann Erickson, where he worked on brands such as HappyDent, Coca Cola and General Motors. Hola, who also moved from McCann Erickson, was the creative director at TBWA. They will both be based in Delhi.
Confirming this development, Sethuraman said, "This is the first step in the creative restructuring that seeks to place talented and energetic people at the helm of the organization. I am a big fan of both Ban and Mayur – they are both excellent creatives, they know what it takes to win and are committed to taking TBWA to the next level".
Sen said, "The South market is waiting to be disrupted. My mandate is to continue doing the good work we are doing in the North and carry it to the South. It is an extremely exciting challenge."
Hola said, "Heading creative anywhere is hard enough. But heading creative in a TBWA network agency is an even bigger challenge. It's one of the hottest networks in the world and we have to live up to the name at the very least."
