Tata Motors takes top spot in YouGov's Auto Rankings 2023
Tata Motors has taken top spot in YouGov's Auto Rankings in India. Tata Motors replaced Maruti Suzuki. 
 
YouGov's brand rankings measure the public’s perception of brands on a daily basis. The brand rankings were compiled by measuring the overall brand health calculated by taking the average perception of impression, quality, value, satisfaction, recommendation and reputation over a period of 12 months (1 January-31 December 2022).
 
Tata was third in 2022. Honda India, which ranked second has dropped to third. 
 
BMW takes the fourth spot, followed by Mahindra and Mahindra, Mercedes-Benz and Audi.
 
 
Globally, Toyota topped the list followed by Mercedes-Benz and BMW. Volkswagen, Audi, Honda, Ford, Volvo, Nissan and Lexus complete the top 10.
