Surya Roshni has elevated Parul Phadke as head of marketing and advertising for its lighting and consumer durables business. Phadke, who previously served as AGM – marketing communication, will now lead marketing and advertising functions across the division, focusing on campaigns that enhance brand visibility and consumer connection.

Phadke holds dual postgraduate degrees in marketing, an MBA, and a certification in digital marketing from MICA. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in brand management, corporate communication, public relations, and event management.

At Surya Roshni, she has been instrumental in driving the company’s digital marketing transformation, using data-led insights, social media strategy and integrated advertising to build the brand’s digital presence. Her new role will focus on strengthening Surya Roshni’s positioning in the lighting and consumer durables segment.

The company said the elevation underscores its focus on leadership continuity and innovation as it enters a new phase of growth.
