Srishti Media has expanded its operations to Canada, marking a notable step in the company’s international growth. The move introduces its integrated advertising and media services to the North American market, with a focus on multicultural marketing, brand strategy and tech-enabled media solutions.
The company has established its presence in India and the Asia-Pacific region through partnerships with leading brands. Its portfolio spans advertising, marketing, technology and AI solutions, digital media, out-of-home and digital out-of-home, programmatic advertising, influencer ecosystems, retail activation, community engagement and content-led marketing.
Mandeep Malhotra, founder and chief executive officer of Srishti Media, said the North American expansion reflects the agency’s ambition to apply its cultural understanding in new markets. Malhotra noted that creativity increasingly depends on cultural insight and trend anticipation, skills shaped by India’s diversity. He added that while platforms differ across regions, the need for authentic, culturally relevant storytelling remains consistent. According to Malhotra, this positions the agency to help brands engage diverse audiences across North America.
The Canadian operation will support brands aiming to engage South Asian and multicultural communities, build community-led narratives, utilise partnerships with creators and cross-border platforms, and explore innovative tech-media integrations to achieve performance-led outcomes.
Malhotra brings more than 25 years of industry experience across business strategy, media planning, business development and client management. Known in the industry as ‘Mandy’, he has received more than 600 awards across promotions, activation, outdoor and media planning, including recognition from Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, Abbys and Emvies.
Under his leadership, the Srishti Media ecosystem includes several specialised entities: Srishti Media for integrated advertising, Stories by Srishti for content and storytelling, Wauly for digital and creator-led marketing, Tonic Worldwide for experiential activations and NeugenM.ai for AI-driven marketing solutions.
Based in Mumbai and Vancouver, Malhotra is overseeing the Canadian launch and is seeking a business head to lead North American operations and drive partnerships across the region.
