Spikes Asia 2009 now open for delegate registration

The newly launched three-day Spikes Asia Festival is now open for delegate registrations. The three-day advertising festival will take place at Suntec City in Singapore, 16-18 September 2009.After 23 years of existence, the Spikes will this year be launched as an Asian advertising festival offering a three-day programme themed to identify and address specific issues that are relevant to the Asian market.
