Rapido, India’s largest mobility platform, has unveiled its new parcel delivery campaign, ‘Bus 5 Minute Me’, reinforcing its promise of fast, convenient and dependable last-mile logistics. The campaign emphasises instant pick-ups and swift deliveries, aiming to simplify parcel sending for millions of users nationwide.
To bring the concept to life, Rapido partnered with rapper Khullar G on a high-energy music video that combines storytelling with the urgency of everyday parcel deliveries. The video has resonated strongly with audiences, surpassing 100 million views across social media, highlighting the campaign’s early success and reach.
Pawandip Singh, chief marketing officer at Rapido, said the campaign communicates a clear promise: parcels picked up instantly and delivered reliably, while reflecting Rapido’s affordability, safety, and convenience. He added that Khullar G’s energy and relatability helped convey the message effectively, and the social media milestone underscores how well the campaign connects with fast-moving consumers.
The initiative aligns with Rapido’s broader strategy to strengthen its on-demand delivery and logistics services, complementing its established mobility ecosystem. Rapido currently facilitates over 5 million rides daily across more than 400 cities, including tier 2 and tier 3 locations, covering bike taxis, auto rickshaws, cabs, parcel delivery, flight bookings and food delivery.
Founded in 2015, Rapido has become a key mobility solution in India, supporting more than 9 million livelihoods while promoting safer, affordable, and environmentally responsible transportation. The ‘Bus 5 Minute Me’ campaign highlights Rapido’s commitment to moving at the pace of India, delivering convenience and reliability to users across the country.
