Rajiv Verma steps down as CEO of HT Media
The Board of Directors of HT Media have announced the resignation of CEO, Rajiv Verma. He will continue to be associated with the company in an advisory role even after the new CEO takes over.
 
Verma has been CEO of HT Media since January 2005. He will continue as CEO till a successor joins the company. 
 
The company statement read, "The board of directors have announced resignation of Rajiv Verma as CEO. Verma will continue in his current role till his successor joins. The board while accepting his resignation recognised Verma's contribution in bringing HT Media to a leadership position in the media industry, and has also initiated the process of identifying his successor."
