Rajdeep Sardesai has been appointed consulting editor, TV Today Network, which runs Hindi news channel Aaj Tak and English news channel Headlines Today.
Sardesai announced this move through two tweets today

Aroon Purie, chairman and editor-in-chief, India Today Group, said, “Rajdeep has been an asset to whichever team he has belonged to, including the cricketing ones. Great to have him with us. I know he will hit the ball out of the park for Team India Today."
Prior to his stint at the IBN18 Network, he has been with NDTV and The Times of India.
