MD of the sports apparel brand states that the relationship with the Indian cricketer will continue

Puma denies split with Virat Kohli
After media reports of Virat Kohli ending his stint with Puma as brand ambassador, the sports apparel brand's managing director issued a statement.
 
On 7 February, reports in the media emerged that Kohli was moving as brand ambassador of Agilitas Sports, the venture started by Puma's former MD Abhishek Ganguly.
 
However in his statement, Karthik Balagopalan, said that Puma's relationship with Kohli is long-standing and continues. 
 
Kohli has been Puma's brand ambassador since 2017. The deal was estimated to be worth INR 100 crore. Prior to this, he had an INR 30 crore deal with Adidas for three years.
