O&M Invests in Retail Practice

As a first  step  towards developing and strengthening the Retail Practice, O&M India has announced the appointment of  Rahul Saigal, vice president - retail. The  Retail Practice  is aligned with OgilvyAction. Saigal (pictured) will be based in Mumbai.

As a first  step  towards developing and strengthening the Retail Practice, O&M India has announced the appointment of  Rahul Saigal, vice president - retail. The  Retail Practice  is aligned with OgilvyAction. Saigal (pictured) will be based in Mumbai. 
 
“Retail is certainly one of the key areas of focus in O&M’s  future plans. The  Retail  Practice will reinforce  our 360 brand building offering, strengthening our client’s brands. We believe Rahul has the wherewithal to drive this practice successfully  and we are happy to have him with us,” said  Sanjay Thapar, group president North and East, O&M. Thapar also has national responsibility for OgilvyAction.
 
An  MBA  from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila and with a Diploma in print  journalism,  Saigal started his career with Bennett Coleman. He has worked with Ogilvy Manila, J&J and more recently a brief stint at Havas.
