MVS Murthy joins Federal Bank as chief marketing officer
Federal Bank has announced the appointment of MVS Murthy as chief marketing officer. This is the first time the brand has hired a chief marketing officer.
 
Murthy moves from Tata AMC where he was heading – marketing, digital and corporate communication. His mandate at Federal Bank is to handle and merge brand communication, customer experience and technology. 
 
Ajith Kumar KK, president and chief human resources officer, Federal Bank, said, “We are happy to welcome MVS to the Federal family. I am certain his vast experience will strengthen our brand positioning and will be an enabler in our journey from good to great.” 
 
Murthy has also worked with Ogilvy, Urja Communications, ICICI Bank, Edelweiss, TATA AIG and Tata Mutual Fund.
