Maxus India has won the media duties for Red Bull following a multi-agency pitch. The account size is estimated to be about Rs 20 crore.
The other agencies involved in the pitch include ZenithOptimedia and Carat, according to sources.

Commenting on the win, Ajit Verghese, MD, Maxus India said, “Red Bull has been a low-lying brand in India. They have not been advertising heavily. Now they are looking at re-establishing themselves. They want to focus on the Indian market. Thus, there is a revived impetus on the brand. For us, it is an iconic and exciting brand to work on. It fits well with a new age agency like Maxus which is young, vibrant and challenging.”
