MAX announces key level appointments

MAX has made two senior level appointments. It has brought on board Jasdeep Singh Pannu as vice president, programming and Gaurav Seth as vice president, marketing.

Sneha Rajani, EVP and business head, MAX said on their appointment, "We are operating in an extremely dynamic and challenging environment and the road ahead is going to be very demanding but an exciting one. Jasdeep's experience in programming with some of the best channels in the business and Gaurav's experience in consumer marketing and communications across industries, will add impetus to our all round aggressive plans for MAX in the coming years. Next year along with a great slew of movies, we will also have the second season of the IPL on MAX and the coming on board of both these gentlemen will only ensure that our television audiences get the best entertainment there is, in the world of Hindi movies and cricket."

Pannu's previous assignment was with BBC Worldwide as director of programming and has worked with Discovery Communications India, Sahara One Television, ESPN Star Sports and NDTV.

Prior to joining MAX, Seth was executive vice president and head – marketing at Vyas Gianneti Creative.  In the past, he has worked with Zee Telefilms Limited and ESPN Star Sports.
