Maars Communicates named strategic communications partner for BabyOrgano

Maars Communicates has been selected as the strategic communications partner for BabyOrgano, the Ayurvedic kids’ wellness brand that recently secured INR 20 crore in a pre-Series A round led by RPSG Capital Ventures with participation from Sauce.vc. The company plans to use the new investment for product development, marketing and operational expansion, with a revenue target of INR 100 crore by FY27. BabyOrgano currently serves a community of more than one million parents and reports a repeat purchase rate of 40%, reinforcing its position in the child wellness category.

Founded by siblings Mausam Shah and Aayush Shah, Maars Communicates has grown into a multi-sector PR and communications agency that manages more than 50 retainer clients across real estate, corporate, lifestyle, entertainment, AI studios and creator economy platforms. The agency focuses on strategic storytelling, brand building and digital-led communications.

Mausam oversees narrative development and brings over a decade of experience in leading communications for major brands and platforms. Her portfolio includes PR for MX Player during its launch, the rebranding of EPIC Channel and its programming, marquee properties such as Lux Golden Rose Awards, and event IPs by Event Capital including WindMill Festival and PetFed. She has also managed communications for social impact initiatives of the Birla Group, including Mpower and Ujaas under the Aditya Birla Education Trust, as well as leading kids’ brand R for Rabbit.

Aayush leads digital strategy and business development, applying his background as an actor-entrepreneur to shape the agency’s approach to integrated communications.

Mausam said BabyOrgano operates at the intersection of trust, tradition and innovation. She noted that the brand’s purpose aligns with Maars Communicates’ focus on mission-led organisations and said the agency aims to elevate conversations around Ayurveda-based child wellness. Aayush said the team prioritises brands that drive meaningful impact and highlighted BabyOrgano’s growth as an example of strong consumer trust. He added that Maars Communicates intends to support the company’s expansion through focused storytelling and reputation-building.

Ripul Sharma, COO of Natureovedic Consumers Pvt Ltd, said the partnership comes at a key phase in BabyOrgano’s growth journey. Sharma described BabyOrgano as a leading D2C health, wellness and personal care brand for children, built on science-backed Ayurvedic formulations. He said Maars Communicates’ industry experience and relationships will support the brand’s plans for accelerated growth.

The appointment reflects the increasing demand among emerging D2C players for integrated communications support as they scale nationwide. For Maars Communicates, the partnership further strengthens its presence in the consumer wellness category, while for BabyOrgano, it provides access to an established communications framework during a period of expansion and heightened category competition.
