Law & Kenneth wins creative mandate for Unitech

Law & Kenneth has won the creative duties of the realty brand Unitech. The account was won following a multi-agency pitch.

The incumbent agencies are JWT and O&M. Both were not invited for the pitch. The account size is Rs 50 crore.

Anil Nair (pictured), chief executive and managing partner, Law & Kenneth said, “Due to the economic slowdown, the real estate market has gone down. Unitech has aggressive plans to come out of the slump and to buck the trend. We would work together to achieve this. We would be looking at a fairly furious rate of growth for the brand and will have cross-media, multi-pronged approach for the marketing campaign. We would find innovative ways to leverage each medium.”

Speaking to Campaign India, Vikram Datta, VP - sales and marketing, Unitech Group said, “We had briefed a few agencies and were happy with the creative output of Law & Kenneth. Also, as it is a mid-sized agency, level of servicing will be really high.”
