Komli Media bolsters senior management team

Komli Media has appointed three new members to its senior management team.  It has brought in Vaishali Cooper as chief financial officer, Amit Bhartiya as business head of lead generation, and Satish Kadu as vice president of product management.

Cooper and Bhartiya were earlier with eBay India. Kadu was a co-founder of MIH India, a subsidiary of global media company Naspers. The company says the new appointments are in line with their plans of further expansion.

As chief financial officer, Cooper will be responsible for overall finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions at Komli.  Bhartiya will spearhead Komli Media’s efforts in the lead generation space, including LoanRaja, an online destination for consumers to research and find the best deals in financial products. Kadu will lead Komli Media’s growing technology and product teams, driving increased investment in products that will help marketers target consumers with precision and improve publisher monetization.
